Joshua David Mendoza Widaman puts his 25 years of experience to work as Pine Ridge’s Estate Winemaker, making wines from properties in the Stags Leap District, Howell Mountain, Oakville, Rutherford and Carneros. After beginning his career at Stags’ Leap Winery, he followed his palate to stints at Chimney Rock Winery, Pahlmeyer and Lewis Cellars. Improving upon his Viticulture and Enology degree from U.C. Davis, in 2019 he received his MBA from Sonoma State University to better support a well-rounded understanding of the wine business.

Originally from Brazil, her educational trail includes degrees from Vassar (pre-med) and the University of California, Davis (viticulture and enology). In the vineyards, lab and cellar Vianna relies on her strong science background and her artistic sensibilities as she directs the winemaking program. A sought-after speaker and tasting panel judge, Vianna has been featured in numerous national and international publications.

As VP of Community Relations at Foley Family Wines & Spirits, Alexandra O’Gorman leads social impact, sustainability, and community engagement across key wine regions. With 20+ years of industry leadership, she serves on multiple nonprofit and industry boards, including Sonoma County Vintners. A certified Sommelier with BA and MBA degrees from Sonoma State University, she lives in Sonoma County with her husband and two children.

A Napa Valley native, Janet brings extensive financial and accounting experience to Cliff Lede Vineyards. She began her career at the winery before spending time at Frank, Rimmerman + Co. LLP and Moss Adams, specializing in auditing and accounting for wine industry clients. Returning to Cliff Lede Vineyards in 2019 as Director of Finance, she advanced to Chief Financial Officer in 2021. Janet holds a degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and earned her MBA from U.C. Davis. When she’s not crunching numbers, Janet enjoys exploring new destinations, going for a run, and cooking up something delicious for family and friends.

Nick Holmes knows that great wine is as much about the people and heritage as it is about unmatched terroir. As VP of Global Sales, Nick leads Shafer’s worldwide distribution with a perspective shaped by over 20 years at California’s most prestigious estates. His journey from the floor of the Michelin-starred Frasca Food & Wine to leadership positions at Opus One and Jordan, has given him a 360-degree view of the wine world. Today, the CU Boulder grad channels that passion into Shafer Vineyards, where his respect for Napa Valley’s history perfectly aligns with the winery's legacy of being the definitive Hillside estate of the Stags Leap District.

Ernie is a rootstock and clone specialist with vast experience within the wine industry. Formerly the Director of Sales and Management for NovaVine, he now directs operations for Ilsley Vineyards and Ilsley Vineyard Management, which not only oversees the family vineyards, but also specializes in personalized farming plans for other premier estates in the Napa Valley. Ernie and his wife Ginette raised their three daughters Julia, Alyssa and Olivia on theFamily Estate.
