Vintners Carol and Greg Lindstrom and their family will be there to welcome you to their stunning vineyard and tasting venue overlooking the Stags Leap Palisade. Taste the limited production Lindstrom Estate Cabernet crafted by Celia Welch paired with gourmet paella by Gerard's Paella. We will also be pouring our Nicali blend along with our Dutton Ranch Pinots. We are located on Silverado Trail behind the Odette Winery. We look forward to sharing our home and wines with you.

Shafer Vineyards

Shafer extends a warm welcome to this special celebration of Stags Leap District, our home since 1973. John Shafer, who led the effort with our neighbors to establish the District (a four-year process from 1985 through 1989) will be on hand throughout the day to greet you along with winery president Doug Shafer and winemaker Elias Fernandez. This year we'll uncork two of our Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignons, the 2015 One Point Five, which is a newly released wine, and 2009 Hillside Select, which we will pull from our library especially for V2V guests. Our friend Chef Visconte will prepare delicious hors d'oeuvres to accompany the wines. Our wines available for sale will be 2016 Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay, 2015 TD-9 and 2015 One Point Five. Our other wines are sold out; likewise because of the extremely limited amount of 2009 Hillside Select in our library, it will not be available for purchase. Our event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We look forward to seeing you!

Stags' Leap Winery

We look forward to welcoming V2V guests to the new North Patio of our FAY Outlook & Visitor Center for a celebration of 25 Years of FAY Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. The FAY vineyard is where the Stag's Leap Wine Cellars story began. Established by pioneering grape grower Nathan Fay in 1961, it was the first planting of Cabernet Sauvignon in what is now the Stags Leap District. Stag's Leap Wine Cellars made its first vintage of a single vineyard FAY Cabernet Sauvignon in 1990.

Join us to be among an exclusive group to experience this beautiful, private part of the estate with sweeping views of FAY Vineyard and to taste a library vintage of FAY Cabernet Sauvignon.

While our Open House runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, we will also have gourmet bites paired to our wines and a guitarist from 12 noon to 3 p.m. We look forward to celebrating the 25 Years of FAY milestone with you.

We will also extend a complimentary tasting in our Visitor Center tasting room for V2V pass-holders on Sunday, April 29th from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Upon arrival on property, follow the signs to park at the FAY Outlook & Visitor Center.
