Experience the beauty and legendary wines of the Stags Leap District at this intimate and special dinner in the elegant Great Room in the wine caves at Stag's Leap Wine Cellars prepared by guest Chef Ken Frank of Napa Valley's famed La Toque restaurant. Chef Frank will be creating signature dishes to pair with the wines from Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, Pine Ridge Vineyards, Steltzner Vineyards and Taylor Family Vineyards for this spectacular feast. Proprietors and winemakers from each of these esteemed properties will be hosting the dinner and digging deep into their cellars to find special wines for the evening. Chef Stephen brings an ingredient-driven approach to cooking which utilizes the organic produce, grass-fed beef, eggs, and olive oils from local artisanal producers. Join us at Regusci Ranch, located in the heart of the Stags Leap District, for an evening in the surrounds of the Historic 1870's era winery building. Set amongst the wine barrels in Angelo's Room, enjoy dinner prepared by renowned Chef Michael Chiarello (Bottega Resturant, Napa Style, cookbook author and TV personality) paired with classic wines from Regusci Winery, Robinson Family Vineyards, Lindstrom Wines and Cliff Lede Vineyards. Stags Leap District is one of the oldest appellations within the Napa Valley AVA and produces some of the most distinctive wines from within the region.
